We had an evening of such celebration of the novella form last night at Foyles on Charing Cross Road, and it was a absolute joy to take part, alongside Weatherglass publishers Neil Griffiths and Damian Lanigan, who are both very fine authors in their own right, together with wonderful and brilliant Ali Smith, and lovely and talented Kate Kruimink.We had an audience of well over a hundred, who completely filled the Foyles event space. Our discussion on stage was wide-ranging and fascinating - I loved hearing perspectives from Neil, Ali and Kate - followed by some great questions from the audience.
Both winning titles are available to order or pre-order from Weatherglass Books or from Amazon, and once published, from bookstores.
